Founded by Reanna Kenchington, Every Voice is shaped by over 20 years of specialist experience across the UK and Australia. Reanna has led teams and delivered essential services including comprehensive court ready family assessments, therapeutic support for children and adults, crisis intervention, and NDIS supports - always with a steadfast commitment to the wellbeing of children and the strength of family systems.

Our work is grounded in strength based, trauma informed practice, recognising the resilience within children and families while responding thoughtfully to complexity and risk. We partner closely with legal professionals, schools, and child protection departments, offering informed, and compassionate support where it matters most. ​
